Our office equipment from U.S. Business Systems does everything for us, so it was a great purchase at a great price. While we have only had a problem a couple of times with our machine in several years, your service is second to none. We can call with a question and receive immediate attention. One time we required a technician and he came the same day. We are also automatically shipped supplies. We feel we are so valued as a customer and as a small non-profit that depends on this one piece of equipment, it is essential to our business. Why would I use anyone else? The biggest benefit of using U.S. Business Systems is how Trustworthy and responsive they are. When it comes to technology, there are always more options out there and I would never have time to research. I know that when I reach out to U.S. Business Systems to request help on a problem we have, I get options on solutions and will not be told the most expensive option is the only one. They provide several solutions with reasonable price points, and everything has worked out really well. As for responsive, it isn’t often you can contact a company and they are at your door that same day. I’m treated as a person that knows about technology, and so when I call, they don’t bother to make me run through all the beginner questions before believing me that there is an issue.  Communication with them I feel is among some of the best I have seen in the industry. I use many different services and companies, and the only time I hear from most of them is when I call and need help. However, with U.S. Business Systems, I get regular calls and emails checking in on our business to make sure everything is working and to just generally catch up on how our business is doing. I feel like most of the people I talk with are more friends than just business acquaintances.  I cannot express enough the importance of having the option to have a tech come onsite the same day. There are just times when you are in a serious bind and need help, I always get help within minutes of calling.  Keep business local!

Michael has over 30 years of experience in the industry across the Midwest. Since joining the USBUS team, he has grown the company through innovative ideas and a focus on the future of the industry. Mike strongly believes in investing in himself by learning as much as possible about anything he can get his hands on. Ask him anything Disney related and he’s sure to know the answer, as that is his family’s favorite vacation spot.

Caitlyn is a focused and energetic graduate from the Judd Leighton School of Business and Economics at Indiana University South Bend. She has been on the USBUS team for the past 4 years fulfilling several capacities in the sales/marketing department. Caitlyn is an exemplary example of our core values, always striving to provide superior customer service delivered with integrity. In her free time she works in her flower gardens, visits family, and spends time with her husband and 2 dogs.

Ron is one of the original founders of USBUS, along with his brother, Tim Hulett, and friend, Dan Foster. Today he oversees the direction of the IT department. He provides customers with solutions to better manage and secure data, documents, and devices. Ron is heavily involved with his church, community, and organizations like the Business Technology Association.

John supervises and coordinates the activities of the service technicians to ensure that our customers are taken care of in a timely manner. In his free time, John enjoys photography, exploring nature, attending concerts, target shooting, and golf. He is a member of Knights of Columbus and active in other church groups in the community.

Tabor wears several hats in the company. He ensures the future of the company remains healthy, as head of finances.  Additionally, he is the HR manager and assures that our employees are treated fairly, receive affordable benefits, and as a company, abide by the laws of the state.  In his free time, he is very active in the community. He sits on the board for Habitat for Humanity of Elkhart County and volunteers with Pet Refuge of South Bend.

Mark has spent many years in this industry and still shows his passion of helping his customers first. His focus is to provide them with both OEM and compatible aftermarket supplies for their printers which produce exceptional results and reduce the customers expenses. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, eating, and when there is snow – snowmobiling.

Tim is one of the original founders of USBUS which started in 1992. He has remained involved and dedicated to ensuring that USBUS is following through on the commitments that we made with our customers. In addition, he informs companies about other products and services that we offer that could possibly streamline the processes, increase efficiencies, and provide a better return. In his free time, he enjoys camping, hunting, fishing, boating, and snowmobiling. Tim serves on a School Foundation Board and donates his time to several non-profits every year.
