U.S. Business Systems is expanding its MNS division and is seeking to hire another IT Systems Engineer to ensure long-lasting customer relationships.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities of the Successful Candidate to Include
- Ability to implement the client management and maintenance plans that include Windows and 3rd party software patching, Business applications, Workstation clean up, Active Directory management and all network documentation.
- Capable of performing top tier technical support and work to resolve complex IT and software issues that are escalated from the Help Desk engineers.

- Microsoft Exchange, SQL and SharePoint
- DNS, DHCP, Remote Desktop Services
- VMWare, Hyper-V and other virtualization technologies
- Storage solutions: SAN, NAS, Shared storage, ISCSI, Fiber Channel
- Firewalls, switches and other networking technologies
- Disaster Recovery solutions and backup technologies
- Office365, Azure and other “cloud” solutions
- Mobile operating systems (IOS, Android, Windows)
- RMM tools
Education / Requirements
- Computer Related Degree or Industry Certification with 3+ years of related experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to do some light lifting
- Superior time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure
